Remove unused imports. Factorize goto_species_dir(), create_galaxy_instance. Move constants at the beginning. Use upload_from_galaxy_fs() instead of upload_from_local(). Add get_bam_label()

Separated gga_load_data into a get_data part and a load part. Also handling the get_data part with specific paths and fixed some issues with the code (reworked functions and removing deprecated code).
